Booking from the other side of the world, you can worry if you're going to get exactly what you wanted...but we did....the car type, it was easy to find, drop off at capetown went smoothly etc.

My experience regarding rental group has been good, but the only negative part is that i don't have a portfolio with you or my account page which shows my history, and also you don't provide any sort of advantages for your loyal customers.
