In Bosnia & Herzegovina, the following rules apply for the minimum age and possession of a driver's license:
21 years old/2 years for all vehicle groups.
A printed version of your voucher must be produced upon arrival at the rental desk. Failure to present the voucher means the car rental agent may charge you at the local rates. Please note: We are not responsible for overcharges on rentals where the voucher was not presented to the local agent on collection of the vehicle. If you do not present the required documents, the documentation is not valid or you do not have enough funds on your credit card, the car rental agent may refuse to release the vehicle and no funds will be reimbursed.
Winter tires are mandatory in Bosnia from the 15th of November to the 15th of April. Please note, although winter tires are mandatory not all car rental companies have them included in the rental price, please check the detailed terms and conditions.
Cross Border Rentals are allowed to the following countries:
Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Germany, Hungary, Italy (mainland), Macedonia, Montenegro, Romania, Serbia, Switzerland, Slovenia, Albania, Belgium, France, Greece (mainland), Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Slovakia.
Not listed countries are prohibited for Cross Border Rentals.

Travelers usually travel on holidays and weekends. and being charged extra, for picking up or giving back the rental car on a sunday morning doesn't feel very ok.
