Your agent know my flight number and he know too as egyptian that the time that's day changed in egypt ,when i arrived to borg al arab air port i did not find any body from them waiting for me ,thy should ask the air port information about the fly ,and try to be fair with customer . today is 10th oct and i did not receive any notification from my bank about about the deposit i payed for them .
