Didn't get what I booked

Even IVAS is very good company but I am not happy with IVAS company at Trabzon, Turkey. This is the second time I book a car in my home country then when I arrive they said to me sorry we don't have this model and they force me to get deferent and higher model with higher price.

Excellent Service

Rental company did not have a booth at this particular airport I picked up the car from but that did not matter because rental agent was ready and waiting for me with my vehicle when I arrived and when I dropped off the car. They allowed a 2nd driver without extra charge. They made it very easy for me and agent was extremely pleasant, easy going and helpful.

Overall seamless, minor hiccup

Easy procedure to rent a car for competitive price. However, when asking whether GPS was available, the reply was 'not available for rent'. Upon reaching the destination, we found that the car came with GPS.It would have been terrible if we had decided to buy a GPS as it was necessary to navigate Japanese roads.

Only one issue

All good but when i tried to contact the car rental company after hours on their 24 hr contact numbers they did not answer despite numerous attempts. This can be a real problem when you need their assistance with their services or car.

Difficult to communicate

I had bad experience the 1st day i supposed to pickup the car at airport. Somehow my booking is not recognise by the agent and i have to wait quite a while before the matter get sorted out. Same thing as well when i reached to the car collection time. Its a bit of embarrassment as it look like i didnt book and pay for the car. I printed the voucher and presented to them but somehow they couldnt find it their system.
