Why wasn’t my booking confirmed?

There are two reasons as to why your reservation was not confirmed. There could have been a problem with the payment, or there is a high demand and therefore the rental company could not confirm the availability of the car. In either case, you will receive information on how to proceed - re-pay or choose one of the alternative offers.
