The 2 cars we had were in bad maintenance state of the body parts.rnamong other things, the side mirror fell off when shutting the door, and we were charged for it, even though the agencies has acknowledged that the peugeots have problems/

We had a problem with car battery. we got at aqaba relatively new car but with old battery. we came to the office at airport and battery was promptly changed. the staff of the company is good and very friendly.

It took half an hour to return my car to sixts which is far too long when you are going for a flight. in the usa you drop the keys and run!

I was somewhat skeptical when i came across the this website, because the total price quoted for our 9 day car rental was nearly 30% less than prices from similar car rental websites. but i took a chance, made the reservation, and paid the deposit. i can say without qualificaiton that i couldn't be more satisfied. the car was as described, in great shape, and the price quoted on the website was the price we paid. furthermore, i made the reservation in amman, the same day i wanted to start renting the car, and i requested delivery of the car to my hotel as soon as possible. the order was processed incredibly quickly, and the rental car company called my hotel to arrange delivery within a couple of hours. the service was so fast in fact that we missed the original call because we had gone sightseeing, assuming it would take at least 2-3 hours to hear back from the rental car company. at the risk of sounding condesending, i was surprised by the efficency and level of service, because i wouldn't have expected a rental car company in the u.s., where i live, to have acted have expected so efficiently and quickly--especially at this low price point. so, if you are renting a car in jordan, i would recommend this website without qualifications. excellent
