you can't get what you want !!!

the reservation was for SUV (made thru Rentalcargroup) - the rental didn't have SUV could offer compact - I specially ordered SUV rental co. should have set aside this vehicle or similar not a downgrade: however the rental did make an apology and offered a convertible
